International Data Transfers

Artificial Intelligence & Profiling
Certain features (such as Ask Mobo) use artificial intelligence. No automated decision-making takes place that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you without human intervention (Article 22 GDPR). Sub-processors
We use sub-processors to support our services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). A current list of sub-processors can be requested by contacting our DPO.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, data portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also request human review where relevant and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

If you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully, we encourage you to contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données — GBA/APD).
