HOW IT STARTED

My name is Alex Gaspar. I used to own automotive businesses myself. Every single day I felt the growing pressure: customers expecting faster and more transparent service, while OEMs and constructors kept adding more data requirements, checks and procedures. But no real tools came from their side. The DMS vendors weren't helping either. The frustration became unbearable. Out of pure frustration, we started building our own tools — first just for ourselves, because we had no choice.

HOW IT GREW

Those early tools worked so well that fellow dealers started asking: "Can we use that too?" Then the importer came in: "Can we roll this out to all our dealers?" Soon importers in other countries followed, and later importers of other brands. What started as one garage owner's frustration grew into a product called Mobo, and eventually a company called Autodialog that now helps hundreds of workshops across 9 countries stay ahead. Only then, in 2016, I made the radical decision to sell my dealerships to go all-in on digitalization and automation.

THE REAL CHALLENGE AHEAD

Because the real challenge is coming fast. Electrification means workshops will need three times more throughput to generate the same turnover. We can't hire three times more people — that's simply not realistic. The only profitable way forward is to heavily automate the workshop process — especially all repetitive and administrative tasks — so your technicians and advisors can focus on what they do best: real craftsmanship and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

WHY AUTODIALOG EXISTS

That's why I founded Autodialog: To prepare workshops for that future. Not by adding another tool, but by delivering One System | One Flow — so you never fall behind on customers, OEMs or the market.

The result of our story

From that conviction came Mobo — the first Workshop OS for automotive aftersales. Not just a tool, but a complete operating system for the modern workshop.
